Soulful Sessions invites Steven Julien and Asa Moto for open-air

One of Antwerp's hottest parties celebrates its return with a big open-air festival on Saturday September 18.

Soulful Sessions, who previously kicked off their return to the scene with events at MHKA and Het Veld this summer, are ready for their biggest show of the year. The organization takes over the Boeienweide on the city's left bank - a green spot with an unobstructed view on the skyline. Just like two years ago (last year's edition was cancelled) the line-up looks extremely tasty, focussing on local talent and international names like Fafi Abdel Nour, Raphaël Top-Secret, Asa Moto and Steven Julian (fka Funkineven), amongst others:

With two stages and a capacity of 2000, Soulful Session is now officially back in full force. "We're happy that we can build our festival again on the beautiful Boeienweide after our cancelled edition of last year", explains promoter Aeson Low. "This year we are building an extra stage much closer to the Scheldt river, so you can dance with full panoramic view."

For those who are still in doubt: expect eleven hours of house, disco, Afro, and all things boogie and funk. So far, more than half of the available tickets have been sold, so be quick to avoid disappointment.
