Fuse sets up a summer terrace at Tour & Taxis with DJ-sets and performances by some of Belgium's most exciting bands.
The Brussels techno institute is not planning on having a quiet summer. In the past weeks, the Fuse staff has been working hard to prepare a new summer bar on the Tour & Taxis location. As you can expect - the whole operation will comply with social distancing norms and the government-issued guidelines. "Like other clubs and festivals, our normal activities sadly couldn't take place", says co-promoter Andy Walravens. "Since we don't have an outdoor location for alternative activities, we started looking for a solution within the city. With help of the Brussels Region, Tour & Taxis offered us a beautiful open-air location, a green oasis nestled between their newly renovated industrial buildings".
Plein Air by Fuse will open its doors on Thursday July 9, and will be opened Thursdays to Mondays, 2 PM to 1 AM - split in up to three different shifts of at least 3 hours (reservations are obligatory). People will be able to enjoy DJ-sets and performances from artists like Lola Haro, Olaf Stuut, AliA, DC Salas, Innershades, DTM Funk and blackwave. On some days, local organisations and promoters will be invited, like C12 and Moodfamily. "We want people who may not be able to leave the country to have a real holiday and festival feeling right here in Brussels."
